| Conductor |
Bright annealed bare copper
of high electrolytic grade drawn to fine strands, multi
strands bunched together rope shaped wire for uniformity
of conductor dia, resistance, dimensions and flexibility
etc. The diameter of the conductor is so uniform that
strands do not get cut when stripping the insulation thus
conductor gives perfect conductivity which eliminates
spot heating and sparking. |
| Insulation |
Specially formulated grade of Flame
Retardant PVC compound is used which restricts the spread
of flame in the fire situation and also give high dielectric
strength making "ELKAY" cables ideal for conduit
wiring. The smoke emitted by the burning cables is also
less as compare to general cables. |
